Method Man is on his promotional warpath for his upcoming solo album, “The Meth Lab,” with a new freestyle over a Harry Fraud beat, the instrumental to French Montana’s “88 Coupes” (all due respect to French, but unsurprisingly Meth outraps French’s original performance on the track).

Method Man Drops Animated Trailer For His Upcoming CD The Meth Lab

Judging by the Tommy Boy logo on the outro of this “Breaking Bad“-inspired trailer, it looks like Method Man will be taking things back to the origin of Wu – Tommy Boy Records, the label where Rza released his 1991 debut solo single, “Ooh, I Love You, Rakeem” (which featured a B-side mix subtitled “The Wu-Tang Mix,” the crew name’s first appearance on wax).

It’s already been reported that “The Meth Lab” will feature “Redman, Raekwon, Inspectah Deck and more.”

Ghostface On His Quran-Inspired Unreleased Jay-Z Guest Verse
