Easy Mo Bee Breaks Down His Relationship With Gza and Rza Pre-36 Chambers

Thankfully, DJ Vlad allows Easy Mo Bee to speak at length rather than interrupting, as Mo Bee breaks down his relationship with Rza and Gza well before “Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)” was recorded (including an explanation regarding how “Shimmy Shimmy Ya” was recorded as a demo long before it was released). Vlad doesn’t seem to have much of a grasp on early 90s hip-hop history, as he seems to think, judging from his brief statement in this video, that Method Man was only featured on Big’s first album because he knew Easy Mo Bee (as opposed to because he was one of the hottest rappers in New York City at that time).
